Where the business is going and how it gets there: the targets, the bets behind them, and the quarterly plan that turns them into work the team can see. It will follow the same shape as the other MAJOR handbooks: one repo, numbered sections, a README in every folder, and edits by pull request.

Until it exists, the strategic canon lives in the Touchstone on MAJOR Docs.
