• Conceptual content model from a single principal-led working session: the noun-first pass over the objects the site is about, their relationships, attributes, and calls-to-action
• Information architecture / sitemap up to 80 nodes, built as views onto the content model
• Key journeys for one or two audiences, carried forward from the Keystone's audience findings

Not Included (Upgrade Triggers)

• 80+ nodes, or a structured/relational model developed at depth → Core
• Journeys per audience including content editors → Core
• 150+ nodes, highly relational models, multi-audience or multi-region structures → Full

The content governance document (client-facing), plus the conceptual content model and journeys as working artefacts - landing in the Cornerstone's Information Architecture section.
