Scope Ceilings (Anti-Scope) (Internal)¶
Moved from touchstone §11, which keeps the offering positioning and no longer carries the ceilings. These are the upper bounds on what we take on, per programme; they sit alongside the bands in engagement-bands.md and the rate card in rates.md.
- Programmes above ~£200k are beyond our current delivery range. Larger clients are welcome where the engagement itself fits; the ceiling is per programme, not per client. Touchstone §15.1 cites this range as positioning.
- Product builds above ~£100k are out of scope. Beyond this is too big for us to deliver well at our current size.
- Product is for existing clients only. The rationale and marketing stance are stated under Product in touchstone §11.3.
- We do not take over and extend an existing product. Product work is project-shaped, discovery to launch (stated under Product development in touchstone §11.3).
