Everything in Core, plus:

• Full interview programme across teams (9–15+ stakeholders)
• Multiple workshops where the org structure demands it (per team or per region, then a convergence session)
• Governance handling: steering groups, sign-off chains, procurement or board stakeholders
• Workshop → follow-up loop expected and planned for, not exceptional

Not Included

• Nothing structural - Full is scoped bespoke; the question is how much of the above the context needs

Outputs

• Internal working artefacts only
• The client-facing deliverable is the Keystone (1.5)
