• Synthesis across a larger evidence base (multiple audiences, markets, properties) - potentially staged (stream syntheses, then convergence)
• Playback designed for the governance reality: possibly multiple sessions (working team, then steering group/board)
• Revision handling agreed up front to fit the sign-off chain - the one-cycle cap principle holds, but the cycle count is scoped, not assumed
