2.5 The Cornerstone - Focused

Tier file - what this step includes at the Focused tier. The Cornerstone is never optional at any tier: it gates Create and fixes price, scope, and time on written confirmation.

Included

• Part A gap audit over the working artefacts via the Cornerstone prompt, before assembly
• Part B assembly: mid runs the prompt, boilerplate adapted at its marked points, the principal corrects with judgement (the omission rule governs: what is not written is not included)
• Internal review by a second principal or lead before the client sees it
• 60-minute playback with the Decider present
• Written confirmation by the Decider - the gate into Create

Not Included (Upgrade Triggers)

• The 90-minute playback, in person where practical, and the progress pulse → Core.
• Staged playback for governance-heavy organisations → Full.
