Everything in Focused, with:

• Fuller synthesis session - three genuine research streams to converge
• The Keystone with full findings sections per stream
• Playback: a proper session (90 minutes, in person where practical), presenting direction as decisions to agree
• One capped revision cycle, then sign-off

Not Included (Upgrade Triggers)

• Multi-session playback across stakeholder groups → Full.
