New business, end to end: who we are talking to, how qualified they are, what we have proposed and at what price, and what every win and loss teaches us. It will follow the same shape as the other MAJOR handbooks: one repo, numbered sections, a README in every folder, and edits by pull request.

Until it exists, the ideal customer profile, the offering, and the proof library live in the Touchstone on MAJOR Docs.
